THE STORY

Some questions never close.

Software has always tracked the work you can finish. The questions that never finish were left to you. W144 watches those.

A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER

I have run a business on my own, and I have run one with a team of dozens. With a team the company stops fitting in your head, and nothing tells you when.

The problem I kept trying to solve was myself. Every decision routed through me, so I tried to hand things off. Anything with a finish line went cleanly. Close this deal, hire this person, rebuild the site. Someone finishes it and it leaves us both.

What stayed had no finish line. Can we take one more client without something slipping. Is the person everything depends on about to burn out. How long does the cash actually last. The only person who can take those is one who holds the whole business the way you do, and most founders cannot afford that hire. So they stay, all of them, every day.

That is the weight, and that is the bottleneck.

A field studies this. It calls them tensions, and its verdict is that they cannot be resolved, only lived with. It is right. What it never did was put numbers on them. Cash is measured. Growth is measured.

Nobody measures the month they cross.

That is what W144 does. It tells you which pair is about to bite, roughly when, and how sure it is, so the question stops circling. Not an AI guessing: formulas and thresholds, the same read every time.

AI only explains.

I built it for myself first. I know what one operational mistake costs. So I'm giving it to the world in good faith.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

What we hold ourselves to.

Six rules we are measured against, including the things the product is not allowed to do.

PRINCIPLE 01
AZAlexander ZolotarynetsFounder

Software should take weight off your head, not add to it.

Every new dashboard is one more thing to check. A tool earns its placeby removing a question, not by putting another one on screen. If itdoes not make you check less, it has not earned the space.

PRINCIPLE 02
SZSerhii ZolotarynetsCEO

A single number never decides anything.

Growth is fine on its own. Cash is fine on its own. What matters iswhat they do to each other, and almost nothing in your stack is watching that.

PRINCIPLE 03
MZMikhail ZolotarynetsHead of Engineering

If it cannot show its work, do not trust it.

Every read carries the numbers it used and the threshold it crossed. Nothing isflagged by a feeling, and nothing hides behind a model you cannot inspect.

PRINCIPLE 04
ENEldar NikiforovHead of Sales

The machine brings evidence. You bring judgment.

It never makes the call for you, and it never pretends to be certain when itis not. Decisions stay where they belong, with the person who carries them.

PRINCIPLE 05
KMKonstantyn MorozovHead of Marketing

We do not promise a number we cannot show.

Every figure on this site comes from the product or it does not appear. If we cannot point at where a number was measured, it does not go on thepage, and it does not go into a sales call.

PRINCIPLE 06
IPIlona PomazanDeputy Head of Marketing

Five minutes should beat five dashboards.

Attention is the scarcest thing an operator has. If a feature cannot earnits place inside one short weekly review, it does not belong in the product.

See the layer for yourself.

Five minutes with your numbers says more than any story.

THE SYSTEM, END TO END

Six hubs run the work. One engine reads across them.
